It’s time again to get the little red flower and remember the big sacrifice that it symbolizes.
The Poppy campaign is underway until November 11th.
The proceeds from poppy sales provide grants for food, heating costs, clothing and more for Canadian vets and their famillies.

It also supports Veterans visits, transportation, reading programs, day trips and cadet units.
It includes housing accommodation and care facilities, funding for Veteran Transition Programs directly related to the training, education and support needs of vets and their families.
The poppy fund also supports community drop-in centres, meals-on-wheels, and seniors services in communities where vets would benefit.
