Judge releases 3 of 4 People Charged In Pennfield Beating

An incident in Pennfield last week being dubbed “an incredibly stupid idea” from Judge Henrick Tonning.
A publication ban has been put into place on evidence after a 21 year old man was held and beaten at a Pennfield home during the early hours of Tuesday morning, September 29th.
Four people face charges from the incident, including assault and forcible confinement.
After a bail hearing, Judge Tonning released three people ( a woman in her 30’s and two men in their 40’s ) with conditions, and a 32 year old man was remanded into jail.
The group are due back in court October 13th to enter pleas.
