The jury at the second degree murder trial of Dennis Oland for the killing of his father, Richard, in July of 2011 deliberated for 11 and a half hours without reaching a verdict.
The jurors have now deliberated for something like 28 hours since receiving final instructions from Mr. Justice Jack Walsh.
Deliberations will resume tomorrow morning at 9:00.
