The Kennebecasis Regional Police Force responded to a call from a man stabbed at his own home on Monday evening.

The 61-year-old man was assaulted on Bradley Lake Road around 8 p.m with what police call an edged weapon.

The suspect drove off in a vehicle, before police say they found him close to the scene.

Nicholas Scott Harrison, 39, of no fixed address was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and failure to comply on Tuesday.

He’s been remanded into custody and will appear for a bail hearing on Thursday.
