He wants to enjoy some healthy years so that is why Jack Keir is calling it a career.
Keir is well known for his time working with the Fundy Region Solid Waste Commission.
He also served with the Graham government and understands he will always be associated with the controversial sale of NB Power.
He says he regrets that they were not able to complete that sale adding he still believes to this day it was the right thing to do and it would have been good for the province.
Keir says he has no real plans after he finishes work in May outside of golf and yelling at his lawnmower more than once a week.
