Lane Reduction On Reversing Falls Bridge

A heads up if your commute takes you along the Reversing Falls Bridge in Saint John.

Starting Wednesday, Feb. 23, traffic will be down to one lane from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure says the daily lane closure is expected to be in effect for about a week.

Spokesperson Mark Taylor said crews will be working to repair several damaged sections of railing along the two-lane bridge.

The latest section was damaged during a single-vehicle crash on Saturday morning. Police said no one was hurt.
