Play the long game. ![]()
It’s easy to see someone’s big moment. What you don’t see is how many years it took to get there.
The small crowds. The practice. The uncertainty. The days they wondered whether their hard work would ever pay off.
As I get ready for my final show at the historic Fredericton Playhouse this Saturday, I’ve been thinking about everything that went into getting here.
Years of showing up, learning, adjusting, and building connections. And so many wonderful people who supported me along the way.
Whatever you’re building – a business, a healthier body, a new skill, or a dream – give it time to grow.
You can’t keep digging up the seed to check whether it’s growing. Keep watering it.
Get feedback. Make adjustments. Keep learning. But don’t give up on something meaningful just because it’s taking longer than you hoped.
Be patient with the results. Be consistent with the work.
This Saturday is a celebration of that journey. Thank you to everyone who has been part of it. ![]()
Just a few balcony tickets remain for our final night at the Playhouse. I’d love to see you there!
