Leaving A Decison On Larry’s Gulch List-Altering Charges To The Public Prosecutor

Information and Privacy Commissioner Anne Bertrand does not recommend charges in the Larry’s Gulch list-altering flap involving the previous Tory government. The Liberals will leave it up to the public prosecutor.

Energy and Mines Minister Donald Arsenault says the well known Conservatives should have known better especially since they were warned three times by staff.

Arsenault is also surprised at MLA Ted Flemming’s reaction to this saying he finds it unfortunate that former Attorney General Ted Flemming who is also a lawyer would totally dismiss the report saying it’s not important.

Arsenault says it’s clear that Greg Lutes and Darrell Fowlie went ahead despite warnings knowing full well they were breaking the law.
