Liberal biennial policy convention set for Saturday

A policy biennial convention will be held on Saturday for the New Brunswick Liberal Association.

This is an opportunity for party members to come together to discuss and debate a record-breaking 75 policy resolutions put forward by riding associations and commissions.

The association says these resolutions are a culmination of one of the most comprehensive, open, and inclusive policy development processes the Liberal Party has undertaken in recent history.

MLAs and other delegates will attend the convention in Fredericton.

Liberal leader Susan Holt is scheduled to make remarks at around 12:45 p.m.
