Lolë Closing Saint John, Saint Andrews Stores

A popular athletic apparel retailer in uptown Saint John is closing its doors at the end of 2019.

The owners of Lolë in Brunswick Square say the store will close on Dec. 30.

In a statement, Marilyn Blair said they have decided to pursue other ventures after five successful years in business.

Blair said the location in Saint Andrews, which is also locally owned and operated, closed on Dec. 15.

“For locals looking to continue shopping, Lolë’s online store offers free shipping and returns or alternatively Lolë Moncton and Lolë Halifax remain open,” said Blair.

Lolë is not the only store in Brunswick Square which will be closing its doors in the coming weeks.

Luggage retailer Bentley announced it will close for good before Feb. 28, 2020.

APOUS, a leading retailer for design lifestyle products, also closed its doors in recent months.
