The first maintenance day for Operation Falcon is September 22nd and the refinery should be fully back online as of November 15th.
General Manager Dale Cooper tells us the work will require shutting down one of their crude units and one cat cracker.
He says production itself will move to about 50 per of capacity and the processing units that are undergoing work represent about a third of what they have.
He says throughout the 60 days the number of employees will be ebb and flow but it will peak at 2900 to 3000 people.
