A fire at an east Saint John pub is now being investigated by the Saint John Police Force’s Major Crime Unit.
Emergency crews were called to Black Barrel Pub on Golden Grove Road on the morning of Oct. 29.
Police say the fire was contained to the front deck of the business but there was significant damage.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area between 5 and 6 a.m. that day is asked to contact police at 506-648-3333.
