City Police report the 59 year old St. John Street West man who was arrested earlier this week after a 5 hour standoff at an apartment building on the lower west side is back in custody.
Donald Joseph Duguay was arrested for violating the conditions of a court order.
He has already been charged with uttering threats and causing mischief.
