Charges have been laid following a home invasion in Moncton.

Fifty-seven-year-old Bradley Allen Parsons of Grand Manan appeared in court yesterday to face a charge of robbery using violence.

RCMP say on March 22, they were called to a home on Killam Drive, where the homeowner was assaulted before a man fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Parsons was arrested the next day on Mountain Road.

He remains in custody until his next court date on April 7th.
