A 25 year old man from Fredericton has been arrested in connection with a possible kidnapping in Moncton.
On August 13 shortly after 9:30 the man was arrested in Centennial Park in the company of a 19-year-old Moncton woman. The two knew one another and no one was injured.
He’s now facing charges of kidnapping with the use of a gun and uttering threats.
