Police tells us a 22 year old man hurt in a serious assault on the weekend at an apartment on King Street East is in stable condition in hospital and expected to make a full recovery.
A 30 year old man is facing charges relating to this incident and is due in court at a later date.
Just before 5am on Saturday morning, city police were called to the Regional to find a man who had been seriously assaulted.
