Man dies after 2-vehicle crash near St. Stephen

A 75-year-old man has died from his injuries after a crash near St. Stephen three weeks ago.

Police said two vehicles collided at Route 170 and Old Bay Road in Oak Bay on Oct. 31.

Investigators believe the first vehicle failed to yield and was struck by a second vehicle.

The driver of that first vehicle was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and has since died. The victim was from the nearby community of Crocker Hill.

Police said the driver and passenger in the other vehicle suffered what were believed to be serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
