A 27 year old man from the Oromocto First Nation, Nicholas Lannigan has been killed in a crash on Waasis Road in Oromocto.
Police responded after the wreckage was seen by a passerby yesterday morning.
Police believe the crash happened when his van left the road and collided with a tree.
There was no one else in the van with Lannigan.
