Police are searching for the vehicle involved in a hit-and-run in northwestern New Brunswick.
It happened along the Trans-Canada Highway just north of Morrell Siding early Friday morning.
Police believe a man was hitchhiking along the westbound lanes of the highway when he was hit.

The 42-year-old from Tobique First Nation was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
Based on debris found at the scene, police believe they’re looking for an older-model vehicle that may have major damage, particularly around a headlight.
