Man seriously injured in weekend stabbing: police

Saint John police are looking for a suspect following an alleged weekend stabbing.

Officers were called to the 40 block of Cliff Street shortly before 5 p.m. Saturday.

They located a 47-year-old man who had suffered serious injuries.

He was transported to hospital and has since been released.

Detectives believe this was an isolated incident.
