An unusual water rescue in the North end after a man was thrown from his boat.
It happened after 10 this morning near the Saint John Power Boat club.
The man was quickly picked up by another vessel and taken to shore to be treated by paramedics.
Crews are responding to a water rescue at the Saint John Power Boat club.

Meanwhile, the boat’s engine was still running and the vessel was doing circles in the water.
The fire department’s water rescue unit was deployed and the Coast Guard was informed to keep other marine traffic from the area.
The boat’s power was turned off, it turns out the throttle became stuck.
No one was hurt in this incident.
