Manhunt Still On In Maine After Officer Shot And Killed

New pictures have been released by the Maine State Police and a manhunt is still ongoing after an officer was shot and killed yesterday.

29 year old John Williams is considered a person of interest, and officials believe he is armed and dangerous. Police say his last known address is in Madison, Maine.

He’s described at 5’6″, 120 lbs, with blue eyes and brown hair that is shorter on the sides and longer on top.

Police say early Wednesday morning, April 25th, between 1am and 2am eastern, Corporal Eugene Cole was shot and killed in Norridgewock, Maine.

Cole’s fully marked cruiser was then stolen, and police believe Williams committed a theft at Cumberland Farms before taking off in the cruiser and abandoning it off of the Martin Stream Road in Norridgewock.

If you see Williams, you should not approach him, and call 911 immediately.
