It was not a very happy new year for a Millville man who lost him home to a fire early on Sunday morning.
Fire crews arrived at 1241, off highway 105 at 4 a.m and found an older model mini-home ablaze.
It was destroyed and the man who escaped injuries is staying for relatives for now and has been helped out by the Canadian Red Cross with food and clothing vouchers.
Millville is 50 km northwest of Fredericton.
