A 39-year-old Moncton man is facing a charge of aggravated assault after an incident at the Old Cosmo nightclub.
Christopher George Barnes appeared in Moncton court yesterday.
Codiac RCMP say a 21 year old man was seriously hurt in the men’s washroom at the club last Saturday night. He was taken to hospital, treated and released.
Barnes will return to court on March 15.
Police are still looking for witnesses and anyone with additional information.
