Veterans are getting help from the new federal budget according to Saint John-Rothesay M-P Wayne Long.
He says there’s $725 million in additional benefits for injured veterans over five years. He adds there are millions to set up a centre of excellence for the study of Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.
There’s also money aimed specifically for veterans who want to upgrade their skills.
