We are in for a third straight week of increases at the fuel pumps in New Brunswick.
An industry source says gasoline prices will rise by around three cents per litre on Thursday night.
Diesel users are expected to see prices climb by around one cent per litre this week.
Currently, New Brunswickers are paying a maximum of $1.71 per litre for regular self-serve, $1.76 per litre for diesel, and $1.46 per litre for home heating oil.
In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.72 to $1.76 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.78 and $1.82 per litre.
On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.73 per litre, diesel costs around $1.82 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.26 per litre.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
