Most First Nations Children On Reserves Grow Up In Poverty

An aboriginal artist is urging Horizon Health to continue reaching out to establish a better relationship with First Nations people even though Natalie Sappier admits alot of anger still has to be overcome because of the historical baggage.

Sappier says we need to learn how to speak better to one another with good intentions and respect.

Meantime, the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives has released a report claiming 60 per cent of First Nations children on reserves are growing up in poverty.
