A local murder suspect back before a judge this afternoon.
Matthew Tucker heading to St. Stephen Court to set a date for a preliminary hearing.
The 34 year old is charged with second degree murder in the death of his mother, 53 year old Dorothy Tucker.
The woman’s body was found unrecognizable by two hunters in a wooded area of St. David Ridge back in November.
After a psychiatric assessment, Tucker was deemed mentally fit to stand trial and criminally responsible at the time of Dorothy’s death.
