Music NB holds annual awards show

The New Brunswick music community recognized the resilience and creativity of the province’s music industry last week.

The 16th annual Music New Brunswick awards were held Thursday at the Aberdeen Cultural Centre, with 12 awards handed out in 11 categories.

English Recording of the Year was a tie. Motherhood (Thunder Perfect Mind) and Wolf Castle (Waiting for the Dawn) split honours.

Xavier Richard was presented with Music Industry Professional of the Year.
