Think about that music teacher who has instilled a love of music to a whole generation, or a venue owner who has encouraged emerging artists to perform….Maybe its a musician who has played with every single band in your town but whose name might not be known.
Music NB is looking for you to nominate those individuals, in an effort to compile a list of 150 New Brunswick Music Builders.

Executive Director of Music NB Jean Surette says this is in celebration of Canada 150, “A lot of people are going to look at that list and realise, they forgot about that person or they didn’t realise that they were from New Brunswick, or discover someone who had a major impact that they didn’t know about.”
The list will be narrowed to 150, “On July 1st, we will publish the list in alphabetical order, so there won’t be a number one, and number 150. It’ll be a chance for New Brunswickers to discover all of these people, Surette adds.
The nomination form will ask for the nominee’s name and a short reason why they deserve to be included on the list..
