The Musquash Fire Department and paramedics had to take an icy trail off West Branch Road to rescue a woman who had been hurt in an accident involving a snowmobile.
Around 2:40 in the afternoon they arrived on the scene which is between Musquash and Lepreau and secured the injured woman onto the back of a trailer and brought her out to a waiting ambulance.
She was transported to the hospital, no word on her condition.
