N.B. Gas Prices Likely Going Up

Drivers in New Brunswick may want to fill up this evening according to an industry expert.

Dan McTeague, president of Canadians for Affordable Energy, believes gasoline will jump by more than 3 cents per litre this week.

Diesel could go down by as much as 8 cents per litre.

Prices will be adjusted at midnight by the Energy and Utilities Board.

Current maximum prices:

  • Regular self-serve gasoline, $1.595
  • Ultra-low sulphur diesel self-serve, $2.031
  • Heating oil, $1.828
