A 34-year-old man from New Brunswick is charged with second-degree murder after a death in Sydney.
Cape Breton Police say officers were called to a home on Macaulay’s Lane Tuesday afternoon.
That’s when they discovered someone dead inside and arrested the suspect.
He remains in custody.
Police say the investigation is ongoing, but there is no further risk to the public.
