A 69-year-old Nova Scotia man has to cough up some serious cash after he plead guilty to posession of unstamped tobacco products after a seizure in Hartland in November.
Jean Claude Alary of Oxford has been fined $5000.
During a traffic stop on Highway 2 in Hartland on November 2 by members of the NB RCMP Tactical Traffic Enforcement Unit, over 20,000 illegal cigarettes and 44 illegal cigars were seized.
