Nanos Poll Shows Conservatives Have Nearly Closed Gap With Federal Liberals

A new Nanos Research poll shows the Federal Liberals and Conservatives are nearly neck-and-neck when it comes to voter support.

The latest ballot tracking shows the Liberals at 35.9 per cent, the Conservatives 34.8, the NDP 18.5 per cent and the Green party at 6.2 per cent support.

Justin Trudeau however still has plenty of support when it comes to who people think is the best person to be prime minister.

Trudeau is at 37.5 per cent, Andrew Scheer 25.9, Jagmeet Singh nine per cent and Elizabeth May at 5.7 per cent support.

Twenty per cent of those asked were unsure who they liked for PM.
