N.B. Gas Prices Set To Jump Before Christmas

As we approach Christmas, it looks like drivers in New Brunswick are getting a lump of coal in their stockings.

Energy analyst Dan McTeague believes gasoline will jump by half-a-cent per litre this week.

He also thinks diesel will go up by about one cent.

The Energy and Utilities Board will adjust prices at midnight.

The average price of regular self-serve in New Brunswick is currently $1.179 per litre.
