NB International Sculpture Symposium Launches Mobile App

The New Brunswick International Sculpture Symposium launching a new free mobile app available on both Apple and Android which allows you to take a guided tour through the trail of sculptures throughout both New Brunswick and Maine.

Executive Director of Sculpture Saint John Diana Alexander says the app is very dynamic. Alexander says,”not only will [the communities] have pieces of artwork that will last for generations in their communities, it will also allow them to do much more than that. It will allow them to have the benefits of being on the International Sculpture Trail and attracting visitors to the trail itself.”

The app currently has 14 pieces in New Brunswick and 34 pieces in Maine and when this year’s symposium is finished they will have eight more pieces to add.

Other marketing items launched by the NBISS include a promotional video, an upgraded website and a web. Saint John-Rothesay MP Wayne Long announcing the federal government has given $75,700 to the project while the province has provided $20,000.

You can find the link to download the app on the Sculpture Saint John website.
