NB Student Alliance Says Students Are Benefiting From Provincial Funding

A couple of provincial programs are helping New Brunswick students when it comes to financial assistance.

In its State of Student Affairs report, the New Brunswick Student Alliance finds provincial students are doing well with the Free Tuition Program and the add-on Tuition Relief for the Middle Class.

Executive Director Robert Burroughs says mental health issues will cripple the economy in the next 5 years if the government wants to address it, they need to increase the spending from where it is now.

The NBSA released their State of Student Affairs report which a letter to Lieutenant-Governor Jocelyn Roy Vienneau updating her on what they have been up to since meeting with her last fall.
