The New Brunswick SPCA will appear in court today in Fredericton over their involvement in several dead guinea pigs at Cherry Brook Zoo
Ken Hopkins requested that a file of the necropsy report done by the NBSPCA be shared publicly.
He says the agency never replied to his request, so he is taking them to court under the Freedom of Information Act.
The case is scheduled to appear July 11th at Fredericton’s Court Of Queen’s Bench.
