NDP Momentum Doesn’t Scare Other Candidates In Saint John-Rothesay

With the Federal election just a few months away, the polls are close with three parties neck and neck.

The latest projections show NDP having 32 % support, followed closely by the Conservative party with 28 % and Liberals with 27%.

Saint John-Rothesay MP Rodney Weston expects more changes in the polls before the fall election. He says as the election nears, people tend to pay more attention to what’s going on.

Liberal Candidate Wayne Long isn’t surprised by how close the polls are right now. The rise in NDP support has been coming at the expense of the Liberals.
