Two prosecutors in Saint John have been appointed as new judges.
Kelly Ann Winchester will serve as a judge in Saint John with Lucie Mathurin in Moncton.
Premier Brian Gallant says for the first time, the provincial court will have gender parity among its full time judges and a woman, Jolene Richard of Moncton, has been named chief judge.
