The People’s Alliance Party of New Brunswick has a new leader.
Rick DeSaulniers was acclaimed to the role at a leadership convention held in Nashwaaksis on Saturday.
He was the party’s former Fredericton-York MLA.
The former leader of the party Kris Austin, and Miramichi MLA Michelle Conroy both crossed the floor in March to join the Progressive Conservatives.
