City Police have announced no charges will be laid in the death of 26 month old Alexzender Flint-Kerr on Christmas Day of last year.
Police determined the toddler struck his head on a toilet and were told he slipped on the bathroom floor.
Alexzender had suffered a previous head injury in 2013.
