UPDATE: Only One COVID-19 Case In Atlantic Canada

Only one case of COVID-19 was reported within the Atlantic travel bubble on Monday.

Health officials in Nova Scotia say the case is connected to a previously-confirmed case.

The province now has four active cases of the virus.

New Brunswick still has 15 active cases, six of which were reported in the Moncton and Fredericton regions over the weekend.

Four of the cases were travel-related while the other two are contacts of a previously-related case. Three of them were under the age of 10.

Prince Edward Island has five active cases while Newfoundland and Labrador has two cases.
