The Dennis Oland second-degree murder trial was not in session today after all.
Some witnesses were unable to get to court because of the weather.
This combined with other procedural issues prompting Judge Terrence Morrison to adjourn today and resume on Tuesday morning.
Defence lawyer Alan Gold expects the evidence portion of the trial will be finished by March 8th.
