There has been another fire in the north end of Saint John and it is being called suspicious in nature.
Saint John fire crews and police were called to a Park Street building at 12:20 AM to deal with a fire.
The building was undergoing renovations but there was one tenant living there, who managed to get out safely.
The fire is now under investigation by Major Crime and Fire Marshal.
