Now, it’s even easier to find your way

A fresh, streamlined wayfinding system is now in place throughout the Saint John Airport terminal, marking the completion of the first phase of our new signage project.

Designed in YSJ blue, the updated signage creates a clean, consistent visual identity while making it easier for passengers and visitors to find their way through the terminal with confidence.

This first phase follows an accessibility audit conducted by Ability New Brunswick and focuses on improving wayfinding across key areas of the airport.

Clearer wording, thoughtful placement, and a uniform look help reduce confusion and support a smoother, more intuitive travel experience for everyone.

Consistency in design and messaging supports travellers with diverse needs, including those who may benefit from improved visual clarity and predictable navigation cues.

Work is also well underway on the next phase of the project, which is nearing completion. This includes additional signage complemented with Braille for travellers who are blind or have low vision.

Together, these improvements represent an important step forward in creating an inclusive, welcoming airport environment.
