David Samuel Hamilton

June 17, 1964  –  April 4, 2026

With heavy hearts, the family of David Samuel Hamilton of Saint John announce his unexpected passing at his home on Saturday, April 4, 2026. Born June 17, 1964, in Saint John, he was a son of the late David and Geraldine (Arbeau) Hamilton.

Dave had a vast collection of coins and hockey cards. He loved hockey and could be found cheering on his Montreal Canadiens during hockey season.

Dave will be missed by his son, Kyle Hamilton; sister, Irene Hamilton (Carter Cousins); brother, Daniel Hamilton (Mandy); and half-brother, Bill Beveridge (Kim).

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Robert Hamilton; and was recently predeceased by his half-brother, Troy Beveridge (Sandy).

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424). In keeping with Dave’s wishes, there will be no services.

For those who wish, remembrances to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
