December 7, 1943 – June 3, 2026
Marie Antoinette Noella Clark passed away peacefully on June 3rd, 2026, surrounded by her family. Marie was born on December 7, 1943, in Memracook, NB to the late Henri and Emilienne (Colette) Cormier.
Marie will be dearly missed by her husband of 64 years, Donald Clark, their children; Donald Clark (Rachel), Kimberly Clark, Kevin Clark, and Shelley Clark (Marc Doussaud), siblings; Margaret Cormier Blanchard and Joseph Cormier (Karen), grandchildren; Kael, Ariana, Evan, Antoine, and Patti, great grandchildren; Cole and Orion, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Marie was predeceased by her siblings; Catherine, Therese, Antoine, Joseph, Camille, Leonard, Donat, Rita, Gerald and Alphonse Cormier, and brother-in-law Gilbert Blanchard.
Marie and Donald have many fond memories of their 32 summers spent at Harding’s Campground; she loved going to the beach, watching her kids swim from the trailer, playing cards with the Vandenburges’s and spending time on the deck with the Wheaton’s and the O’Brien’s in front of the fire. Marie was very much a homebody, and enjoyed spending her time with her children, grandchildren and dogs.
Marie was the manger of Orange Julius for several years at the Saint John and Moncton locations. Marie was also a member of the Red Hat Society.
Arrangements are under the care of Castle Fallsview Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M 2L3, 506-634-1701. A Graveside Service will be held in Holy Cross Cemetery on Monday, June 8th at 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers donations in Marie’s memory can be made to the Saint John SPCA.
