A few scary moments on the west side near Al Ultra’s Car.
A person noticed a strong smell of natural gas and all the emergency services were asked to respond. City police briefly closed the road along with exits to the Gault road and Manawagonish Road.
The smell has since dissipated and the road reopened.
The source of the gas smell is not known.
